The staff were accommodating and quite friendly. The Pakistan dishes were wonderfully prepared especially their biryani and parathas. Food was great. Special mention to Samir, Julian and the rest of the house keeping team. Christina’s team in room service, thank you for the lovely meals. Eesha Kamran, Aishi, Aziaz and Khattak - thank you for arranging a great birthday dinner for our family. I don’t remember everyone’s names, however, we appreciated everything during our stay.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Zareen, Shahahrez, and Hamza. Their dedication to ensuring every detail was perfect made my visit truly exceptional. Zareen’s warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel welcomed and well cared for, while Shahahrez went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were promptly met. Hamza was also incredibly attentive, always ensuring that everything was handled smoothly. Together, their teamwork and commitment to guest satisfaction made my stay memorable. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Karachi Airport Hotel, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. From the moment I checked in to the time I left, everything was seamless and enjoyable, thanks in large part to the incredible service provided by Mr. Zeeshan Munir. Mr. Munir's professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and stress-free. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made me feel valued as a guest. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or swiftly handling any concerns, Mr. Munir's assistance was invaluable. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, but it was Mr. Munir's exceptional hospitality that made my stay memorable. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable, and I can't thank him enough for making my visit to Karachi so pleasant. Very comfortable, secure, close proximity to airport (shuttle service) & easy access to shara e faisal to connect to city. Nice gym & swimming pool. Also have massage & salon. Staff were very helpful & professional. I must commend Mr Farrukh Islam for making our stay very comfortable & flexible. Also I thank Ms Shazia & others on reception.

I have stayed here a couple of times after a very long drive and the night before I fly home. This time in a suite, which was lovely. I think they are doing some improvement works outside but I think it will be nice when it is finished. The hotel and grounds are a welcome break from the rest of the city. We went for a swim and I am glad I wasn't made to feel awkward as a western woman in a swimming costume.

Staff was excellent, very caring, polite, and friendly. The hotel location was excellent . The room service was excellent. The food was brilliant, and the staff was very cooperative , Shauket, Bader very caring.

Staff is very courteous and always available at service. Clean rooms with almost everything you need in a hotel room. Special kudos for the guest relationship officer Eesha Kamran. She’s such a sweetheart and knows her job very well… was great support at the time of checkout.
